Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer communications including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Collect delinquent payments
• Coordinate with other departments, including sales and management, to ensure cohesive customer experience
• Process billing and insurance inquiries, customer complaints, payoffs, and other tasks as assigned
• Maintain a knowledge of company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/collections environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage daily tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Positive attitude and problem solving skills
