Sales Manager – Commercial Financing
Are you a motivated sales manager leader with experience in B2B sales? RidgeStone Capital is seeking a Sales Manager to join our commercial financing team in Costa Mesa, California. You will work with companies that benefit from our middle-market growth capital products, including commercial equipment financing and commercial business loans.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team that sources leases and loans for companies with revenues in excess of $10,000,000
- Provide appropriate financing solutions as strategic advantage to our customers
- Close sales and meet team sales goals
- Establish and cultivate profitable relationships with customers
- Communicate effectively with other managers and internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years of commercial sales experience
